Cabins
Welcome to Cheshire's green built cabins set in Western North Carolina's High Windy mountain range, offering healthy mountain air and leafy retreats all four seasons of the year. Our cabins are green certified as NC Healthy Built Homes by the WNC Green Building Council.
Each rustic cabin takes up a tiny footprint in the Native Rhododendron and Mountain Laurel surroundings with porches overlooking beautiful Camp Branch Creek. Heavy timber woodwork adorns the pine walls, while natural tile floors, granite surfaces, and wood- burning fireplaces create a comfortable feeling. The fully equipped kitchen allows for dining-in while you enjoy the breath taking views. Indulge in a well-deserved bath in your private whirlpool tub at the end of the day.
There is no need to drive for dining, as you can walk along boulder paths, neighborhood playgrounds, community gardens, and big open greens to Black Mountain's most popular restaurants. Enjoy the renown breakfast spot Morning Glory or try Highland Grill & Oyster Bar for organic meats, great seafood, and local music on Thursday nights. In need of a little pampering? Enjoy the services of Michelle Salon, an all natural organic full service hair salon in the heart of the village.
Cheshire cabins are intrinsic with nature as our guests are required to park and walk on the Tree House Trail to their cabin destination.
